Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on madeinclothinginc.com and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
1. Processing & Production Time
All products sold by Made In Clothing Inc. are custom printed on demand and are not off-the-shelf items.
Standard production time is 5–7 business days
Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time
During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing times may take longer
Processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to order volume, material availability, or production constraints.
Once your order has completed production, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier (USPS or UPS) receives and scans the package.
2. Purchasing & Inventory
All items are produced on demand. While we make every effort to maintain sufficient inventory of blank garments, availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to:
Delay fulfillment until inventory is available, or
Contact you with available options, which may include substitution or refund
We are not responsible for delays caused by inventory restocking or supplier issues.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using USPS and UPS.
Estimated Shipping Time
Domestic shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Address Accuracy (Very Important)
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
This includes:
Correct street number and name
Apartment, unit, or suite number (if applicable)
Correct city, state, and ZIP code
If you realize an address error, you must contact us immediately at info@madeinclothinginc.com before the order ships.
Address Errors After Shipping
If an order ships to an incorrect address provided by the customer and is delivered, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued
If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund
As a courtesy, we may offer a discount code to reorder, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
Made In Clothing Inc. is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Misdelivered packages
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
If a package is lost in transit, we may assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS, but:
Assistance does not guarantee reimbursement or replacement
Final claim decisions are made by the carrier
5. Carrier Delays (No Liability)
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Holidays or peak shipping seasons
Carrier backlogs or operational delays
Events beyond our control
These delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations.
