At Made In Clothing Inc., all products are custom-made and personalized based on customer-submitted selections and text. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

 


All Sales Are Final (Custom Products)

All items sold on this website are custom and personalized.
As a result:

All sales are final

No returns or refunds are accepted once an order has been placed

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size

Wrong color

Spelling or text errors submitted by the customer

Change of mind

 


Review Your Order Carefully

Please review your order details carefully at checkout and again in your order confirmation email.

We print exactly what the customer submits, including spelling, capitalization, and phrasing (e.g., “Top 5” text or “Made in ___” locations). We do not edit or correct customer-submitted content.

 


Changes or Corrections (Before Production Only)

Customers may request changes to:

Spelling

Size

Color

Custom text or content

Conditions:

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order

Changes are only possible if the order has not entered production

Once production begins, no changes can be made

To request a change, email info@madeinclothinginc.com with your order number and requested correction.

 


Mistakes or Defects on Our Part

If there is an error caused by Made In Clothing Inc., such as:

Misprint

Manufacturing defect

Incorrect item sent

We will reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.

Requirements:

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Photo proof may be required for verification

 


After Shipping or Delivery

Once an order has shipped or been delivered:

No returns or exchanges are accepted

No refunds will be issued for customer errors

If a mistake is discovered after delivery, we may, at our discretion, offer a discount code for a future order, but this is not guaranteed

 


Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing the provided size charts before ordering.

Size issues are not considered defects

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing selected by the customer

 


Refunds (Rare & Case-by-Case)

Refunds are issued only in rare, approved cases and at our sole discretion.

If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to the original payment method

Processing times depend on your payment provider
