What is Made In Clothing?
Made In Clothing is a personalized apparel brand based in South Florida, offering custom hometown/city designs and "Top Five" personalized ranking apparel on tees, long sleeves, hoodies, and crew sweatshirts.
How is my order personalized?
Each item is custom printed with the text, city, or ranking you submit at checkout. We print exactly what you enter, including spelling and capitalization, so please double-check your order before submitting.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are custom printed on demand. Standard production time is 5-7 business days, not including shipping. Domestic shipping via USPS or UPS typically takes an additional 2-5 business days after production, and every order ships with tracking.
Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes, if it hasn't entered production yet. Email info@madeinclothinginc.com with your order number within 48 hours of placing your order to request a correction to spelling, size, color, or custom text. Once production begins, changes can't be made.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or text errors submitted by the customer. If we make a mistake, such as a misprint, manufacturing defect, or wrong item, we'll reprint and reship it free of charge if you report it within 7 days of delivery. How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Since sizing is selected by the customer, an incorrect size selection isn't considered a defect and isn't eligible for a refund or exchange.
What are the shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts made from?
Our tees use 100% combed ring-spun cotton (32 singles) with a 1x1 rib knit neck. Hoodies and crew sweatshirts use a 50/50 cotton-polyester blend (60/40 in heather shades), reinforced with double-needle stitching.
What shipping carriers do you use, and is tracking included?
We ship every order via USPS or UPS with tracking included. You'll get a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves production. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
