    We are a U.S. company based in South Florida, orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking given in an email confirmation once your order is ready to ship.

     

    Due to the print area on each item, THE LONGER THE ENTRIES ON EACH LINE, THE SMALLER THE ENTIRE PRINT WILL BE!! (Once you go more than 10 characters, the entire print gets smaller. We sometimes split lines when possible, to have the print bigger and look more impressive like what you see on our posts and mockups.)

      Hey! I just got my order and received the wrong size!?

      PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, check everything before adding to cart, check again before paying that the sizes, colors, and spelling are exactly how you want them. Sometimes the excitement of rushing to the customization portion of the page, customers forget to select a size and the default size is a "small".

      Why can't I see a mock up of the shirt or hoodie with the print I want, before purchasing?

      If you would like a mock-up before purchasing, just shoot us an email (info@madeinclothinginc.com) and we can get you an accurate mock-up.

      (We had the feature on our site previously but created more problems for us than solving, so we removed it.)

      Why did my print come out so small? How can I avoid this?

      Want the text to look bold and big like you see on the product images? Keep each line under 10 characters. The print area on the shirts and hoodies allows for a certain amount of characters before the names or lines get smaller. Sometimes, on the top 5's, if you include the "&" at the end of each line, that allows us split the longer lines in 2 because the "&" helps to separate whats listed on the shirt or hoodie. If the "&" is not included, we do not split the lines and that's when the print gets smaller. (Typically after 10 characters is when we start to scale down.)

      Can I print any city or top 5 on my shirt or hoodie?

      The only city we can not print is "Made in Detroit", it is a copy written phrase and we can not do it.

      As for Top 5, please stay away from song lyrics, we can not do song lyrics.

      How long does it take to get my order?

      Typically, 7-10 days from the time you place your order. Sometimes longer if we are waiting one a email response from a question we're asking about your order.

      Could I get a custom color printed instead of the ones offered?

      Yes, if you want a special color printed or need a different color shirt or hoodie that you don't see on the product page, just shot us an email (info@madeinclothinginc.com) with reference image (team logo school color etc.) of the color you want and we will try to color match the print for you or get you the different color shirt or hoodie if its available to us.

      I want to print my logo on the sleeve?

      We can print your logo but please send us the correct format file! We need a high resolution PNG, with a transparent background (No white or color background on the file) or send a vector file. If a logo with a white background is sent, we will print the logo with the white box around the logo, so please make sure you have a clean transparent logo.

      Also the logo has to be yours! Not a trademarked or copy written logo (No sports teams, brand logos, or record labels etc.)

      I got my order and something was spelled incorrectly.

      Please check spelling before adding to cart, check it again in the cart, check it again in the email order confirmation. If you notice a misspelling after ordering, simply email us (info@madeinclothinginc.com) with the order number and the correction, and we'll correct it for you.

      We copy and paste all entries, WE DO NOT CHECK FOR SPELLING ERRORS. If something does stands out to us, we will reach out to you to confirm the spelling. We do not replace the item if the error is on your part. If we made an error, we will gladly replace the item, just shot us an email and we'll take it (info@madeinclothinginc.com).

      Are the shirts and hoodies true to size?

      The hoodie are true to size, shirts are also true to size but are not your usual boxy tee shirt, our shirts fit a little more snug around the chest and biceps. if you like a looser fit, we suggest going up one size.
