    My shirt was stolen in the mail, and the response from Made in Clothing was very curt (which is their right). It's hard to review a product that was never received. Somehow, sending a review request is adding insult to injury. Wishing them the best.

    Keyword is “stolen”, so because your package stolen, it’s our fault and we get a one star rating? We have no control over your environment, only the products we make and send, this is no fault of ours. We are a small business, not Amazon… this issue needs to be taken up with the post office. It is clearly stated in our policy that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages?

    The “automated email” for review request could have just been ignored as it wasn’t sent to add insult. It’s unfortunate that this was your experience, but this could have been handled differently.
