    Just to make things clear, YOU ORDERED the wrong size, and received the size that was ordered. There were many opportunities to correct your error:
    1. Confirming everything is correct before pressing the 'add to Cart' button.
    2. Confirming in your cart that everything is correct before finalizing your purchase.
    3. Confirming in the email confirmation thats sent minutes after to you by email.
    (If we would have received an email from you asking to change the size for you, we would have gladly done so, but there was no email either.)

    Unfortunately, waiting till you receive your item in the mail, THEN reaching out after the fact, and expecting us to exchange cannot be expected. Our return policy clearly states in bold letter 'Because all items are customized and personalized by the customer, there are no returns or refunds', If there is a mistake on our part, WE WOULD GLADLY REDO THE ITEM, but in this case the error was on your part. After acknowledging your error you made, we offered you a 20% off discount code for you to reorder, but you refused. We try our hardest to make things clear and simple on our site to everyone before making a purchase but we can't force people read and double check their orders.
